The story & their vision
Thirty years after Pernilla Hardin moved from her hometown Hudiksvall in Sweden, to Atlanta in the US, Peter Fagerhov’s phone in Gnarp got a call. On the other line was his early childhood neighbor and play mate. She had dreamt of arranging camps in Sweden and needed somewhere to be and someone to do it with. Peter and his wife Anna got very excited because it fitted perfectly with the vision they had. One year later the first ACTS Camp took place at the church where Peter and Anna are pastors, Nordanstigs Kristna Center in Gnarp.

Pernilla Hardin Scholarship
In honor of the late Pernilla Persson Hardin, Co-Founder of Acts Camp, we have opened a trust fund as a way to let her vision continue to be a blessing for future generations. Her dream was to create a safe space where anyone regardless of background can come to have fun, connect and grow closer to God.
